    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Industrial Maintenance Technician<br><br>Facility: Trenton Plants<br><br>General Description<br>The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs the necessary duties for machine maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems.<br><br>Specific Duties<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all applicable environmental, health and safety rules and procedures and immediately report all dangerous situations, near-misses, and injuries.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in developing and updating risk assessments and review all applicable risk assessments annually.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Install fixtures, motors, and other electrical equipment as necessary.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot machine controls, motors, equipment, and associated wiring.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Repair lighting and power circuitry, and associated equipment.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inventory and order electrical material for shop stock.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Order proper materials for job completion.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tag out and lockout procedures.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete required records for work performed.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform planned maintenance inspections, as required.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and repair all process and plant equipment, as necessary.<br><br>Other Duties<br>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.<br><br>Qualifications<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of four years experience in electrical maintenance/installation.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to read electrical schematics.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED with technical or trade courses required.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of State and Local electrical codes.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of hydraulic systems a plus.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete tasks with minimal supervision.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic mechanical aptitude.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to use hand and shop tools.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift 50 pounds.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mechanical experience in either manufacturing or related areas.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality, required.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Steam boiler operation experience, desirable.<br><br>Personal Protective Equipment<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety Glasses conforming to: ANSI Z87.1 or higher (required to enter mfg. area)<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety Shoes conforming to: ASTM F2413-05 PT Class 75 Protective Toe<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Electrically Insulated Gloves for general protection (as needed).
