    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience in business and system analysis;</li>\n<li>Quote to Cash process understanding;</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills to constantly analyze customer feedback and requirements;</li>\n<li>Strong presentation and communication skills;</li>\n<li>Business proficiency in English;</li>\n<li>Understanding of project management methodologies;</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team;</li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge of business processes in manufacturing;</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills;</li>\n<li>Knowledge in MS Visio, Miro, MURAL or similar;</li>\n<li>Advantages that may be considered:\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Quoting systems;</li>\n<li>Experience with SAP solutions, CRM, ERP, CPQ;</li>\n<li>Experience and understanding of Order management (SOM, SD);</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of programming languages;</li>\n<li>Experience working with SAP solutions;</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define functional specifications through customer discussions. </li>\n<li>Gather and implement requirements. </li>\n<li>Demonstrate implementation results and gather feedback. </li>\n<li>Analyze data migration for mapping and transformation. </li>\n<li>Train users on new systems. </li>\n<li>Manage requirements and align with clients and technical teams. </li>\n<li>Create project scopes and manage backlogs. </li>\n<li>Suggest and implement best practices. </li>\n<li>Integrate solutions into the customer's landscape. </li>\n<li>Lead and mentor functional consultants/business analysts. </li>\n<li>Manage project risks. </li>\n<li>Continuously learn new methodologies and systems. </li>\n</ul>",
