We are looking for a detail-oriented Loading and Fiberglass Detailing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help ensure seamless operations that keep our products moving efficiently to dealers and customers.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As our Loading and Fiberglass Detailing Specialist, you&rsquo;ll be right in the action; supporting loading, detailing, and preparation processes that maintain our high standards of quality and safety. Whether it&#39;s inspecting fiberglass pools, assisting with repairs, or coordinating shipments, you&#39;ll play a key role in helping our team (and our dealer network) deliver backyard memories on time.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with loading and unloading fiberglass swimming pools and equipment using lift trucks, cranes, or other tools</li><li>Inspect, detail, and perform minor repairs on fiberglass pools in preparation for shipment or site storage</li><li>Document and record inspections, repairs, and product releases electronically</li><li>Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe after each shift</li><li>Support monthly inventory counts and work overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules</li><li>Collaborate with site team members, including lift operators, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced outdoor environment</li><li>Handle chemicals safely, dispose of waste properly, and comply with DOT regulations</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, detailing, or warehouse operations (or equivalent hands-on experience)</li><li>Experience operating power tools like grinders, buffers, saws, and sanders</li><li>Experience with fiberglass or gelcoat repair (Preferred)</li><li>Experience in operating Lift Trucks, Cranes and/or SkyTrak lifts (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and safety focus</li><li>Collaborative team player who thrives in outdoor, hands-on environments</li><li>Ability to manage tasks under time pressure and climb ladders</li><li>Self-motivated with knowledge of chemical handling and DOT regulations</li></ul><p><strong>Why Explore Industries?</strong></p><strong>Compensation</strong><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hourly Range: $23.00 - $25.00, with regular compensation increase as job related skills are developed.</li><li>Actual compensation will be based on experience and current job-related skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Additional Compensation: &nbsp;</strong>Eligible employees may receive access to the following benefits and programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:</p><ul><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Optional life and disability insurance</li><li>Other incentive or compensation programs may be available depending on the position</li></ul><p>Ready to dive in?
