Every day, thousands of people trust us to provide their families with healthy, radiant smiles.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>What we provide to you as a CHOICE teammate:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Care for your wellbeing and work-life balance</li>\n <li>Professional and personal growth</li>\n <li>Experienced leadership support</li>\n <li>Fun and supportive team dynamic with events and celebrations</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefit package</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clinical Support & Patient Care:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the orthodontist during all orthodontic procedures and adjustments.</li>\n <li>Take X-rays and ensure accurate diagnostic imaging.</li>\n <li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care.</li>\n <li>Create a positive patient experience, providing exceptional customer service.</li>\n <li>Accurately chart treatment plans and document procedural details.</li>\n <li>Ensure treatment areas are properly stocked and sanitized before each procedure.</li>\n <li>Follow infection control and sterilization protocols per OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Orthodontic Procedures & Assistance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take impressions for study models and orthodontic appliances.</li>\n <li>Prepare teeth for bonding and assist with bracket and band placement.</li>\n <li>Place and remove orthodontic separators.</li>\n <li>Check for loose brackets and bands during patient visits.</li>\n <li>Fit, size, and place orthodontic bands.</li>\n <li>Remove brackets, bands, and archwires as directed by the orthodontist.</li>\n <li>Assist in the initial seating and fitting of orthodontic appliances.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Administrative Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.</li>\n <li>Participate in morning huddles and team meetings for patient coordination.</li>\n <li>Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked.</li>\n <li>Support front office or other clinical duties as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three to six months of relevant experience and/or training preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>California Registered Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant License </li>\n <li>X-Ray Certification </li>\n <li>Coronal Polish Certification</li>\n <li>Current BLS certification</li>\n</ul>",
