Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position will provide leadership to pool staff and aquatic programs located in the YMCA Branch. This person will assist the Aquatics Department in being the safest, cleanest and best programmed pool in the Birmingham Metro Area. </p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Implement, monitor and evaluate all aspects of the Aquatic programs in accordance with the YMCA of Greater Birmingham policies and procedures. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Adheres to program standards including assisting in maintenance, safety and cleanliness standards to include compliance. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Manage and develop Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, or other Part Time staff based Aquatic Team for specific branch </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Implement designated pool schedules </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Supervise and Implement Aquatic plans. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage the branch Aquatics budget.
