Description

One Stop Halal sells authentic halal products online. We cater to the needs of 8 million halal consumers in the USA. People prefer halal food because it is clean, healthy and humane. Our products include Meat, Grocery, Bakery, Personal Care, Vitamins, etc. The CMO is the full owner of the marketing strategy and deliverables. He/she will be managing a team of marketing specialists for all categories and channels. Along with the CEO, the CMO is the key point of contact for top management marketing related decisions. Eventually, the CMO is responsible for the organisation of marketing activities, the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. What we expect from you Identify our target and positioning Set marketing objectives, strategy and action plans Define a marketing strategy including online and offline marketing targets in order to boost our reputation, traffic, assortment and sales Analyze KPIs and brand tracker Analyze our positioning vs competitors Manage marketing budget and diversify investments in a strategic way Lead online advertising operations including display, SEM, SEO, community management, email marketing and PR Lead offline advertising operations including TV, Radio,PR and events Manage all communication partners (media agencies, design, production...) Analyze online and offline campaign performances Define a strategy to develop our presence on social networks and deploy action plan Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.) Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media (Give links to profiles as examples) In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels Proficient in content marketing theory and application A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. One Stop Halal is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, veteran status, disability, history of disability or perceived disability.
