No late nights. We're seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Leader</span> to drive success at one of our K–5 after-school program locations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This leadership role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong team management skills, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for elementary-aged students. If you thrive on responsibility and are ready to lead by example, we want to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Leader</span>, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites</li>\n<li>Supervise and support a team of 1–2 teachers and/or aides</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that reflect Club K’s values: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety, Fun, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement</span></li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with Oregon state childcare regulations and reporting</li>\n<li>Manage site logistics, student records, and parent communications</li>\n<li>Collaborate with our admin team to meet program goals and plan for site success</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span> At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span> Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span> Leadership experience or experience supervising staff</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span> Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements Before Your Start Date</span></p>\n<p>Don’t worry—we’ll help guide you through each of these steps:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oregon <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Central Background Registry</span> enrollment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CPR/First Aid Certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Food Handler’s Permit</span></li>\n<li>Completion of Oregon's <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Child Care Safety Set Trainings</span> (online modules)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Club K?</span></p>\n<p>At Club K, we know that relationships matter.
