The Therapist will practice compliance with standard policies and procedures.\n</div>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides respiratory care to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develops, implements, and/or adjusts orders based on patient assessment and patient response to therapy</li>\n   <li>Provides scheduled and emergency therapy and/or diagnostic tests to patients/clients per policy and standard procedures</li>\n   <li>Maintains accountability for patient care delegated or scheduled to others</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Communicates patient/family health care needs to the appropriate health care provider\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provides accurate and timely documentation in patient care records per policy and standard procedures</li>\n   <li>Communicates directly with appropriate health care team as needed</li>\n   <li>Participates in team conferences and/or care coordination activities as needed</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Respiratory Therapy associate's degree.</p>\n<p><strong>Licensure: </strong>Respiratory Care Practitioner or temporary permit issued by the MS State Board of Health as well as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>One (1) Year of experience in all phases of respiratory care.</p>",
