SYSTEMS ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developing, elaborating and evaluating subsystems in seating comfort, considering all interfaces to the assemblies or subsystems involved Construction of subsystems in seating comfort according to generally applicable construction principles Inquiry processing with elaboration of customer proposals and creation of documents for calculation and prototyping Carrying out risk analyzes and documentation Evaluate and create component requirements within the framework of the system architecture Ensuring functional and standard-compliant component development in compliance with the specifications and statutory provisions MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BSc or MSc degree in electronics/mechanical engineering 5+ years of professional experience in system engineering in the automotive environment Hands-on attitude Excellent problem solving and communication skills Good command of English language, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of processes in the automotive industry (EMPB, PPAP, milestones) is preferred Experience in software development of embedded systems is preferred German language skills are preferred NICE TO KNOW We specifically pay attention and support your development, You can work with the latest technologies as part of our international team, Annual bonus, cafeteria, housing/travel allowance, Health screenings, sports support, discounted canteen, Exciting corporate events Gentherm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
