If you are passionate about business intelligence and thrive on the force it can have within a growing business, you could be a highly valuable asset to ServiceLink, a dynamic company committed to providing on-going training and supporting career advancement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>In this role, you will…</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be responsible for providing accurate and efficient reporting; analytics of actual and forecasted financials; preparation of annual budgets as well as other ad hoc analytics and reporting.</li>\n <li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget and forecasts as well as other ad hoc analytics and reporting.</li>\n <li>Provide analytics necessary to help business leaders manager their business units efficiently.</li>\n <li>Provide detailed comparisons and variance analytics Vs baseline financials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>You possess …</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting required.</li>\n <li>1 to 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal/communication and business partnering skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Finance and Senior Operational Leadership enterprise wide, with a specific focus on profitability </li>\n <li>Develop forecasting models by business unit/client/product to be able to put together highly granular forecasts. </li>\n <li>Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget and forecast development.</li>\n <li>Provide detailed comparisons and variance analytics vs. baseline financials (i.e. budget, forecast, etc.). </li>\n <li>Prepare and review Executive Level presentations on monthly and quarterly financial performance and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Develop methodologies, dashboards, and models for Operational metric budgeting and reporting.</li>\n <li>Produce ad hoc analysis and reports for executive management team.</li>\n <li>Analyze business opportunities, research industry, market and company trends.</li>\n <li>Identify, analyze, and lead productivity initiatives including, sourcing, integration, and automation.</li>\n <li>Participate in the monthly quarterly and quarterly financial close process. </li>\n <li>Perform all other duties assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting</li>\n <li>1-3 Years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis or related role.</li>\n <li>Experience in Financial Services preferred.</li>\n <li>MS Office Suite; advanced understanding of Excel and modeling (required).</li>\n <li>Experience working with large datasets is a plus.</li>\n <li>Oracle GL or similar accounting GL understanding.</li>\n <li>Experience with a financial reporting tool.</li>\n <li>BI experience is a plus (Power BI, SQL, etc.)</li>\n</ul>",
