Additional benefits may include vacation, holiday, and sick pay, as well as medical, dental, vision, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and other voluntary insurance products.</em> <em>Ask your interviewer for details. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Benefits Link</h2>\n<p><strong>Click here for more benefits information</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>or copy this link</strong>: https://go-internal.hcsgcorp.com/l/1036773/2025-07-02/5xbpsq/1036773/17514637576MrQym5A/Employee_Benefits_for_Job_Descriptions__7_.pdf</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>*Not available in AR.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units; troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace as needed.</li>\n <li>Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.</li>\n <li>Repair and maintain buildings and facilities.</li>\n <li>Complete set-ups and tear-downs for scheduled campus events.</li>\n <li>Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring.</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.</li>\n <li>Remove snow with shovels, blowers, and plows when necessary.</li>\n <li>Provide logistical support for campus activities and maintain a safe, clean, and conducive environment for learning.</li>\n <li>Assist with fire drills, lockdowns, and other safety exercises.</li>\n <li>Assist in managing traffic flow and parking throughout the campus.</li>\n <li>Perform on-call duties as needed/assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>3+ years of HVAC experience and general maintenance.</li>\n <li>Experience in one or more building trades and CMMS software.</li>\n <li>HVAC/R Certification and Refrigerant License required.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Enjoy working independently and as part of a team; flexible and dependable.</li>\n <li>Ability to walk for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Work from ladders, climb stairs and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and crawling.</li>\n <li>Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Sit at a desk working on a computer as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must provide a criminal background check.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ready to Join Us?</strong></p>\n<p>If you're looking for a role where you can contribute to a safe and functional learning environment and be part of a dedicated team, apply now to become a School Maintenance Technician at CSG!</p>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p><em>CSG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
