    "requisitionDescription": "<p>Job Description<br><br>Intelligent Automation, Inc. (IAI) is seeking highly motivated Research Scientists with experience in radar theory and simulations, radar system design and signal processing. Job duties include research and development for innovative advanced radar system design, modeling and simulation of advanced radar processing, target detection, Phased Array, digital beamforming, SAR, ISAR, MTI, and target tracking algorithms. U.S. citizenship or green card is required for this job.\t</p>\n<p><br>Required Skills</p>\n<p><br>•\tM.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or a related field)<br>•\tExperience in radar system design and simulations<br>•\tExperience in implementing radar processing algorithms in MATLAB, C/C++, or Java, and generate simulation models to verify the algorithms<br>•\tSolid background in radar theory and simulations, including Matched filter, Doppler processing (pulse-Doppler, pulse-pair), pulse compression, wideband LFM-NLFM processing Radar waveforms, SAR, Phased-array radar, target tracking, MTI, interference/noise cancellation, and RF jamming<br>•\tStrong analytical, verbal and written communication skills<br>•\tExperience in authoring technical publications and grant proposals<br></p>\n<p>Any experience with supporting advanced prototyping and product development, generating system requirements and design documents, selecting sub-system components, and implementing radar RF front-ends is a plus.<br></p>\n<p>About IAI<br></p>\n<p>Intelligent Automation, Inc.
