Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.</p>\n<h2>Specific Responsibilities Would Include</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong>:   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Manager, Financial Applications is responsible for leading and supporting SAP Finance solutions and related enterprise applications that enable critical financial operations across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and cross-functional business teams, driving system enhancements, process improvements, integrations, and ongoing support initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Director, Financial Applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a highly collaborative role that requires regular interaction with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. To support effective partnership, project execution, and team collaboration, the position follows a hybrid work schedule of Monday–Thursday in office and Friday remote, subject to change based on business needs. Consistent in-person engagement is considered essential for success in this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep SAP FICO expertise, strong business process knowledge, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide functional leadership and direction on projects to department and project participants.</li>\n <li>Assist with the planning, direction, and implementation of Information Technology projects that impact multiple cross-functional business areas.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to establish expectations, communicate project updates, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with business representatives and liaisons to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop system enhancements, coordinate testing, and support change management and training activities.</li>\n <li>Manage the daily support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP and other Finance applications.</li>\n <li>Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, including automation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Validate and document configurations, enhancements, development activities, and underlying business processes.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with corporate Finance users to understand functional requirements and identify effective technology solutions.</li>\n <li>Share SAP knowledge and best practices with team members to support future enhancements and organizational capability growth.</li>\n <li>Lead analysis, research, design, and development of new functionality and integrations across the SAP ecosystem.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.</li>\n <li>Support production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.</li>\n <li>10-12 years of progressive experience supporting Finance systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise applications, including significant hands-on SAP FICO experience.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP functional and technical capabilities.</li>\n <li>Expertise in the design and implementation of financial systems or enterprise software solutions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) business processes is required.</li>\n <li>Extensive SAP FICO functional experience, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>General Ledger (FI-GL)</li>\n  <li>Accounts Payable (FI-AP)</li>\n  <li>Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)</li>\n  <li>Bank Accounting (FI-BL)</li>\n  <li>Asset Accounting (FI-AA)</li>\n  <li>Special Purpose Ledger (FI-SL)</li>\n  <li>Cost Element Accounting (CO-OM-CEL)</li>\n  <li>Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA)</li>\n  <li>Internal Orders (CO-OM-OPA)</li>\n  <li>Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC)</li>\n  <li>Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)</li>\n  <li>Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA)</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Experience managing Finance processes and ERP implementation projects, including at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.</li>\n <li>Experience across all project phases including fit/gap analysis, design, build, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.</li>\n <li>Strong experience integrating SAP with third-party systems and middleware platforms.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze complex business requirements and collaborate with technical teams on configuration, development, and integration solutions.</li>\n <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams to understand complex end-to-end business processes.</li>\n <li>Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills.</li>\n <li>OpenText experience is a strong plus.</li>\n <li>Alliant and HighRadius experience is a strong plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work schedule is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
