Kelvion &ndash; Together, We Shape the Future</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This role is essential in driving operational excellence through lean practices, data-driven problem solving, and the implementation of 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead and facilitate CI initiatives</strong> to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.</li><li><strong>Champion 5S implementation and sustainment</strong> across manufacturing areas to promote workplace organization, safety, and efficiency.</li><li><strong>Analyze production workflows and metrics</strong> to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.</li><li><strong>Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S</strong> principles to optimize manufacturing processes and layouts.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> to execute improvement projects and ensure alignment with operational goals.</li><li><strong>Develop and deliver training</strong> on CI tools including 5S, root cause analysis, and visual management.</li><li><strong>Track and report KPIs</strong> to measure the impact of CI efforts and drive accountability.</li><li><strong>Support new product introductions</strong> by designing efficient and scalable production systems.</li><li>All other duties assigned<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>To ensure Kelvion&rsquo;s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.</li><li>Proven experience implementing and sustaining 5S programs.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
