    "description": "<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job summary</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Berlin Packaging, the world's largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier® of glass, plastic and metal containers and closures with 100+ years in the packaging industry, is looking for a talented and motivated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Legal Intern </span>to join its EMEA Legal Team.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will support the Legal Team across a broad range of legal activities, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, day-to-day legal matters and a wide range of legal topics for EMEA.</p>\n<p>We want someone that is eager to work in a multinational and fast-growing group with excellent learning opportunities. If you are a curios legal professional, bring your skills and smart mindset in Berlin Packaging, where anything is possible!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and review a variety of national and international commercial contracts, legal documents and business arrangements, including sales contracts, terms and conditions of sales, NdAs, and lease agreements;</li>\n<li>Support in corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters;</li>\n<li>Perform legal research on a wide range of topics;</li>\n<li>Interaction with different functions (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, IT, HR) and coordination with external lawyers, notaries and consultants;</li>\n<li>Support and assist the EMEA Legal Director as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The profile</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate or graduate in a Master’s degree in Law;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered a plus;</li>\n<li>Strong motivation to work in a corporate legal department and start your career with us;</li>\n<li>Flexibility, problem-solving and precision;</li>\n<li>Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to learn and a positive and proactive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What we offer</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 months full-time internship (with possible extension for other 6 months);</li>\n<li>Monthly reimbursement of Euro 800;</li>\n<li>Laptop, ticket restaurants;</li>\n<li>Hybrid remote working 2 days per week.</li>\n</ul>",
