Job Description Sweet Security is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive our expansion with large, strategic level customers. In this role, you’ll focus on hunting, developing, and closing strategic accounts, managing complex sales cycles and building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business value. If you’re passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in enterprise sales, and have a proven track record of landing and expanding within Fortune 1000 or global accounts, this is your opportunity to shape the future of cloud security with one of the most exciting start-ups in the industry. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on strategic accounts. Experience in the cloud security or SaaS domain. Proven success in managing long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals. Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales methodologies and account-based strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. Familiarity with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Job Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large, strategic accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to deeply understand customer challenges and map Sweet Security solutions to their needs. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure. Partner with customer success, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
