Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable representative of the Credit Union by building positive relationships, assisting members with their financial needs, and creating a professional, friendly, and service-focused environment.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Specifications</strong></p><ol><li>Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of callers and visitors.</li></ol><ol start=\"2\"><li>Cash handling &amp; Customer Service experience preferred.</li></ol><ol start=\"3\"><li>Experience at a financial institution preferred.</li></ol><ol start=\"4\"><li>Work requires knowledge of a multi-line phone system and use of a computer and its programs.</li></ol><ol start=\"5\"><li>Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculation and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)</li></ol><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; These characteristics are normally acquired through completion of high school.&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"6\"><li>Work required frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds when carrying boxes and supplies to the stock room.
