Operates a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Potential to operate as team lead and provide positive direction to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process. Please see the Clearinghouse screening information here: https://info.flclearinghouse.com</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field</li>\n <li>Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents</li>\n <li>Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)</li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
