Certain criteria must be met to receive the quarterly bonus incentive.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Set Up, operate and break down a commercial dishwashing unit.</span></li>\n <li><span>Wash all pots and pans as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Restock and maintain areas for china, silver and small-wares.</span></li>\n <li><span>Properly clean and close kitchen at end-of-day.</span></li>\n <li><span>General cleaning of restaurant and work station.</span></li>\n <li><span>Daily beverage station set-up.</span></li>\n <li><span>Stocking and organizing supplies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications and Competencies</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n <li><span>No experience required.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures.</span></li>\n <li><span>A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, extended hours and key event days.</span></li>\n <li><span>General knowledge of cleaning procedures.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prior restaurant/kitchen industry experience preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><span><i>This job description is not all-inclusive and may not apply to colleagues covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
