      "content": "\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div>\n<div><strong>Assistant Project Manager</strong></div>\n<div><strong>Location: Jeffersonville, IL | Type: Full-time</strong></div>\n\n<li>The&nbsp;Assistant Project Manager&nbsp;is responsible for assisting in coordinating the activities of a&nbsp;project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Help coordinate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms</li>\n<li>Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.</li>\n<li>Assist in managing T5 budgets and schedules</li>\n<li>Conduct feasibility studies and cash flow management</li>\n<li>On site management of data center projects</li>\n<li>Interaction with power and fiber companies</li>\n<li>Assist Project Manager and project team with reporting</li>\n<li>Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity</li>\n<li>Interface with T5 operations team</li>\n<li>Business development</li>\n<li>Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.</li>\n<li>Qualifications:</li>\n<li>Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, required</li>\n<li>3+ years Construction experience, required</li>\n<li>1+ years Data Center experience, preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)</li>\n<li>Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies</li>\n<li>Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)</li>\n<li>Demonstrate effective relationship building within the project team and throughout the Company.</li>\n<li>Keep field team members (i.e. Superintendent) informed and active in decision-making.</li>\n<li>Identifies client needs and addresses them.</li>\n<li>Identifies and acts on ways to add value.</li>\n<li>Is flexible and changes quickly based on the company's changing needs.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail</li>\n<li>Self-starter</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Additional Information:</strong></div>\n<div><strong>BENEFITS</strong></div>\n\n<li>Per Diem if traveling</li>\n<li>Bonus eligible&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ match</li>\n<li>PTO and Paid Holidays</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></div>\n\n<li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance</li>\n<li>Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl using both arms and legs</li>\n<li>Ability to pick-up minimum 60 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to reach with both hands and arms</li>\n<li>Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects</li>\n<li>Ability to smell, talk and hear</li>\n<li>Ability to use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel, and type</li>\n<li>Ability to see at close and distance ranges and the ability to see and correctly distinguish color</li>\n<li>Ability to work inside and outside</li>\n<li>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>T5 Data Centers is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
