    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>The Field Service Engineer provides an advanced level of service and consultation to the customer&rsquo;s applications needs related to water treatment and / or food sanitation. This position performs advanced troubleshooting and optimization, while maintaining best in class quality standards. It also delivers our value proposition to the customer to secure recurring business, customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance results</li><li>Perform consultative support for new installations, equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring and feeding technology</li><li>Service the mechanical installation and secure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, chemical feed systems, storage tanks and other connected systems</li><li>Maintain and develop the relationship with customers and key stakeholders along with the sales account manager</li><li>Deliver customer technical training as required</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and transfer sales leads to the sales teams</li><li>Provide comprehensive customer service report according to RMC policies using RMC tools</li><li>Properly maintain all Company-owned equipment e.g. tools, instruments, safety equipment and vehicle</li><li>Complete all administrative requirements including basic skills/safety training courses</li><li>Manage inventory / supplies required at customer site</li><li>Deliver upon service KPIs, including safety, productivity, customer satisfaction</li><li>Secure conditions for safe operations, according to existing RMC &amp; Customer policies, procedures</li><li>Perform similar/related duties as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION/&nbsp;</strong><strong>SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and water treatment related experience required</li><li>Expert level knowledge of &nbsp;water treatment fundamentals, practices, and terminology</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>SKILLS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills</li><li>Deep knowledge base in cooling, boiler, wastewater and food sanitation</li><li>Proficient in the use of monitoring and diagnostic tools</li><li>Able to build professional customer presentations using MS Office tools</li><li>CRM software</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analytical</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Planning, priority setting, and time management</li><li>Autonomous&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Quality and detail oriented</li><li>Teamwork&nbsp;</li><li>Transparency in communication</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Sit or stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Capability to move up to 60 lbs. by hand and 300lbs with use of hand truck</li><li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders</li><li>Visual acuity necessary to utilize computers and electronic devices</li><li>Extra hours and some travel may be required</li></ul></div>\n",
