This role actively contributes to standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs, and environmental protection initiatives. Given the high level of customer interaction, strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.</p>\n<h2>The Team</h2>\n<p>Located at our Mitsue Full-Service Terminal, this fast-paced facility offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>This position will be a 12-hour shift, 7 on / 7 off rotation, consisting of day shifts at our Mitsue facility.</p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<p>The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operation of the facility</li>\n <li>Responsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion and water & vac trucks</li>\n <li>Responsible for tank treating and processing waste streams</li>\n <li>Participating in waste processing, waste and mud tank operation, shaker & centrifuge operations and solids treating</li>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for the receipt, terminal storage and transportation of crude oil while adhering to Measurement & Crude Oil Quality compliance</li>\n <li>Managing ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenance</li>\n <li>Conducting treatment of solids on the waste pad</li>\n <li>Conducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operations</li>\n <li>Ensuring that all corporate compliance programs are adhered to</li>\n <li>Submitting truck tickets summary, daily plant checklists, and balance and transfers to the office</li>\n <li>Participates in the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)</li>\n <li>Waste plant operation (ensuring solids processing is meeting or exceeding landfill criteria and solids testing)</li>\n <li>Following water injection SOP’s and best practices to protect the disposal well integrity</li>\n <li>General maintenance, ensure that the plant is kept clean and safe</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The successful candidate will have:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Operational experience in waste processing, oil treating or water injection is considered a strong asset </li>\n <li>Specialty training in boilers, treaters, pumps (all), repairs, shaker/centrifuge and loaders is considered an asset</li>\n <li>Current and valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, Confined Space Entry, WHIMS and TDG</li>\n <li>A strong attention to detail, communication skills with the ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environment</li>\n <li>Must be able to document their work, perform and manage cross shift communication and ensure strategic communication with multiple stakeholders</li>\n <li>Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and safe work practices</li>\n <li>A valid and acceptable Driver’s license and successful completion of Pre-employment testing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we are committed to fostering growth and continuous improvement—for our employees, customers, partners, and the communities where we operate.
