The role blends deep MAS platform engineering (installation, configuration, integrations, security, mobile, containerization) with TRIRIGA sustainment, workflow administration, data validation, reporting, and end-user support. The candidate will also provide dual-environment operations during the migration of the MSFC and HQ TRIRIGA instances to the Maximo Real Estate &amp; Facilities module within MAS.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Prepare and present project updates and technical briefings to executive, leadership, and</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">center teams.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities for</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Demonstrate advanced knowledge of IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting,</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), including REST API integrations; define API</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Design and guide enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA enterprise</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">systems; implement secure API management and authentication standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Perform complex application configuration; develop automation scripts using Python,</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">XML, JavaScript, and JSON; support data modeling for BI/reporting.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Configure and support Maximo Mobile, including SSO implementations; create mobile</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">app configurations using the MAF Configuration application.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Manage and support MAS user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID; demonstrate</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">working knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform within enterprise MAS</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">deployments, including Docker‑based configurations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Provide full sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">support for existing MSFC/HQ TRIRIGA environments through migration, production</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">cutover, and acceptance of MREF in the OSI MAS environment; support parallel</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">operations between MSFC/HQ TRIRIGA instances and OSI MAS during transition.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Monitor system performance and escalate infrastructure/integration issues arising during</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">dual‑environment operations; validate accuracy and completeness of standard and custom</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">reports following migration activities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Provide daily application administration for MREF operational requirements, including</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Construction of Facilities (CoF), Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) data, and other</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">OSI mission needs.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Execute migration‑related configuration activities under architectural direction, including</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">data validation and system alignment tasks; maintain stable performance and service</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">levels without disruption throughout the migration lifecycle.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Test system changes and support patching, upgrades, and new feature deployments across</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">development, test, staging, and production; validate successful execution of server</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities impacting application performance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull;
