ALF promotes&nbsp;education, advocacy, support services and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><u>PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE:</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The American Liver Foundation (ALF) seeks an enthusiastic, personable, and detail-oriented intern to support and assist the Development Department in its programming, promotion, and fundraising efforts.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The National Development Intern will support Development Department in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising efforts through planning and support of corporate and individual fundraising efforts. The National Development Intern will work directly with the Development Department to ensure that all objectives and goals are achieved.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Upon successful completion of this 10-week internship, the selected intern will receive a $500 stipend paid in a lump sum amount. In addition, selected interns will receive resume-building experience and the opportunity to interact with multiple levels of development and nonprofit professionals. font-size: 18px;\">Utilize ALF&rsquo;s CRM, Julep, to assist Department members in developing relationships and programming initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Embark on various projects to support Department members</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Create benchmarking with other similar nonprofits to help facilitate future growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Research best practices being implemented by other non-profits for their corporate, individual, and fundraising efforts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
