    "description": "<p>We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, with experience in C++ and power management, capable of managing projects and tasks independently and responsibly. This role requires close collaboration with the team and active participation in on-site activities in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bolzano, 2 weeks/month</span>.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, improve and maintain the overall charging functions and the associated power management functions, such as power sharing, cooling/derating, grid control, battery storage systems, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) and depot charging</li>\n<li>Develop and extend the charging interface between EVs, EVSEs and the grid in line with new standards and market trends (MCS, bi-directional power transfer and load balancing)</li>\n<li>Deliver the best power sharing functionalities on the market</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of field issues</li>\n<li>Accompany interoperability and conformance tests</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOUR QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar</li>\n<li>Previous relevant work experience</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in C++ or Python</li>\n<li>Proficient with version control systems (GIT) and build environments</li>\n<li>Knowledge of control theory, energy systems, or real-time optimization</li>\n<li>Experience with simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink</li>\n<li>Familiarity with energy and charging standards is a plus</li>\n<li>Autonomous and solution-oriented work style, as well as analytical thinking</li>\n<li>Enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to work in a team </li>\n<li>Fluent in English, nice to have German and/or Italian</li>\n</ul>",
