          "text": "<p>The Senior Architect<strong> </strong>candidate can successfully execute specific scope areas across applicable phases of a project, including design, documentation and construction administration as part of a multi-disciplinary team.&#xa0; This position encourages creativity in problem solving to promote technical and design excellence while ensuring building code and regulatory compliance.&#xa0; The Senior Architect has the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties, manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities and direct the work of others.&#xa0; The candidate will serve as the Architectural point of contact for clients, other disciplines, estimating and construction personnel.&#xa0;</p><p>The Senior Architect candidate has the ability to develop CRB’s Architectural presence in advanced technology markets and is differentiated by a focused area of industry related expertise or interest. The candidate has distinguished themselves through industry presentations and involvement, thought leadership and a deep understanding of industry specific regulations, design standard and trends.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Work independently on projects with ability to execute all phases of design, including programming, planning, concept development, detailed design and construction administration.</li><li>Generate complex code analyses, life safety and egress plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and specifications for large projects of advanced complexity with no oversight.</li><li>Develop and generate studies, presentations and reports, and present to internal or external audiences.</li><li>Research and apply International Building Code and other regulatory requirements as part of project delivery process.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering and Construction personnel to develop and ensure coordinated and constructible designs.</li><li>Participate and contribute during drawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist PM in resource planning, budget and scope definition, schedule adherence and overall quality of deliverables.</li><li>Conduct quality checking of documents for complex projects (e.g.&#xa0;technical verification of design calculations, documentation, design approaches)&#xa0;and drive overall project quality.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify and resolve complex code, construction or design related challenges</li><li>Develop advanced Architectural design and/or technical training presentations.</li><li>Provide mentorship to Architectural staff.</li><li>Act as Architect of Record for project assignments, may include corporate licensure responsibilities.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch) or Canadian / International equivalent</li><li>Architectural license in good standing within home state, with ability for reciprocal licensure through NCARB</li><li>Extensive knowledge and application of International Building Codes, OSHA Regulations and ADA Standards</li><li>History of successful, cross-discipline project coordination and execution on a variety of project types</li><li>Ability to develop (or guide development of) complete set of Construction Documents and Specifications for complex projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Relevant AEC (Architectural, Engineering or Construction) firm experience</li><li>15&#xa0;years of professional experience</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Entrepreneurial, client focused leadership skills</li><li>Flexibility for moderate travel in support of project-based or training activities</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to mentor Architectural staff&#xa0;</li><li>LEED Accreditation, WELL Certification or similar sustainability credentials</li><li>Expertise in one or more of CRB’s core markets, including R&amp;D labs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food &amp; nutrition and/or consumer products and international clients/projects.</li></ul><p><strong>**Please note, this will be located onsite in Raleigh, NC with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. ** Relocation assistance could be provided to qualified candidates.&#xa0;</strong></p>",
