This is a rare opportunity to join as a foundational member of our US team, shaping the culture and operations of our Silicon Valley Headquarters.\n\n The Role:  At Agile Robot we are deploying the next generation of AI enabled automation and Physical AI. As our first HR Operations Manager in the US, you will be part of the founding team, responsible for establishing and scaling our HR operations, policies, and culture. You will act as a hands on practitioner, ensuring our people practices align with our global standards while meeting local needs. This role requires a pragmatic, results driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment.\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n 1.    HR Operations \n\n Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs tailored to the US market, ensuring alignment with global HR standards.\n Build and scale HR infrastructure, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.\n\n 2.    Talent Acquisition & Management \n\n Lead end to end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent in the Bay Area and beyond.\n Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.\n Implement talent development initiatives, including training, career pathing, and succession planning in alignment with our global standards.\n\n 3.    Employee Experience & Engagement \n\n Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.\n Address employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.\n Design and implement events, offsites, and community building initiatives that reflect our innovative spirit engagement initiatives also enhance employee satisfaction and retention.\n\n 4.    Compensation, Benefits & Compliance \n\n Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness.\n Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and best practices.\n\n Requirements\n\n Experience & Attributes \n\n 3+ years of experience in a HR Ops or generalist role, preferably in a high growth environment.\n Proven track record of building HR functions from the ground up, including policy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.\n Strong knowledge of Californian employment law and compliance requirements.\n Experience managing payroll and benefits administration.\n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\n Pragmatic, hands on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.\n Availability to work on site 4 days/week..\n Flexibility to work at our site in Petaluma, CA once a week/ every second week (more if convenient for you)\n Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM SCP, PHR) is a plus.\n\n Benefits\n\n Why Join? \n\nYou will be one of the first 10 employees in our US expansion, offering unique visibility into the growth of a global robotics powerhouse.
