In this role, you’ll work closely with our development and construction groups on a range of project types — from lump-sum and design-build to construction management. If you're detail-oriented, thrive on collaboration, and want to make your mark on major builds, this is your opportunity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze architectural, structural, civil, and landscaping plans to determine scope and quantities</li>\n<li>Review conceptual/preliminary drawings and prepare well-founded budgets</li>\n<li>Contribute value-engineering insights and propose cost-effective alternatives</li>\n<li>Manage multiple estimates, tasks, and deadlines with clarity and precision</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam, Excel, and our internal systems</li>\n<li>Lead the preparation and distribution of tender packages, review bids, and complete thorough analyses</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors</li>\n<li>Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure complete project alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Table</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology (or a related field)</li>\n<li>3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor in the ICI and/or high-rise residential space</li>\n<li>Familiarity with the GTA construction landscape</li>\n<li>Strong preference for design-build project experience</li>\n<li>A detail-focused mindset and analytical approach</li>\n<li>Solid communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and tendering platforms</li>\n<li>A reliable way to travel to office or site meetings when required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">Perks &amp; Benefits</span><br>We believe in taking care of our people.
