We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>REASONING ABILITY </strong>  </p>\n<p>· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong>  </p>\n<p>· Able to read, write and speak English.  </p>\n<p>· Ability to express complex concepts in a clear manner.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong>  </p>\n<p>· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department City issued Casino Work Permit.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong>  </p>\n<p>· Must be able to lift to 15 lbs.  </p>\n<p>· Stand for long periods. </p>\n<p>· Repetitive hand motion.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong>  </p>\n<p>· Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>WORKING HOURS:</strong>  </p>\n<p>Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require Team Members to be available evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Position may require overtime. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Responsible for the security of inventory and equipment.  </p>\n<p>· Check for irregularities, replace cards (if needed), clean, verify by color, place in a box, label, and stock for use.  </p>\n<p>· Ensures that ALL cards are collected at all times.  </p>\n<p>· Ensures all cards/equipment leaving Card Control are scanned and tracked properly.  </p>\n<p>· Assists co-workers (Gaming Department). </p>\n<p>· Responsible for all decks: shuffle promptly, place in the vault with a receipt, and seal. </p>\n<p>· Other work related duties assigned by Supervisor.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>· Must be at least 21 years of age.  </p>\n<p>· Knowledge of playing card suits.  </p>\n<p>· Basic computer skills.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</strong></p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>· High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).</p>",
