    "description_html": "<p><strong>POSITION PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>This position will assist the production team in the manufacturing of lawn fertilizer and ice melt products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Labeling, sticker application and packaging preparation</li><li>Handling packaging materials and finished product</li><li>Drive forklift to move product around the production area and warehouses</li><li>Maximizing warehouse space regarding finished product, packaging and raw materials&nbsp;</li><li>Load outbound trucks accurately, safely and efficiently, signing load sheet when complete</li><li>Unload inbound trucks and railcars accurately and efficiently, meeting all unload deadlines and delivering all BOL paperwork to the production foreman</li><li>Operation of manual production lines</li><li>Operation of loader to fill ingredient hoppers or transfer from hoop shed storage</li><li>Identify and report any product quality or equipment issues to supervisor</li><li>General housekeeping of equipment, production areas and warehouses as directed</li><li>Perform equipment maintenance as directed</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures and make safety a priority in completing work tasks. Paying particular attention to forklift operations, seatbelt use and LOTO – lock out tag out procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by production foreman and other managerial staff</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BASIC REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Be an insurable driver</li><li>Must be able to operate forklifts, loaders and conveyors</li><li>Must be available to work extended hours seasonally or as needed</li><li>Be self-motivated in completing work tasks and have the willingness to assist teammates in their work to gain efficiencies and meet production deadlines</li><li>Must attend all required safety and educational training</li><li>Be energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, rail cars, stairs, and bins</li><li>May also be required to work in confined spaces</li><li>Must be able to work in an environment with dust and raw materials used in production of fertilizer and ice melt products</li><li>Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position</li></ul><p><br></p>",
