    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Primary Production Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently operate machines, equipment, and produce production parts to required tolerances</li>\n <li>Read and comprehend customer specification sheets; anticipate the next order and stage supplies/products as needed&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Utilize Company systems for reporting production, scrap, inventory, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow direction and product required quantities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Mix paint and apply to specs; schedule requirements for steel drums&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Paint drum exterior to give a quality appearance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Verify paint to correct viscosity and pump into system as required; flush lines between colors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure all pumps and agitators are in good working order&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Set-up and adjust or clean paint tips in paint booth&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain paint heaters/guns and related equipment in good operating order&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Keep paint booth and chains clean and tidy&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Remove and dispose back wall filters daily and install new filters&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow Maintenance PM’s and clean/replace all inline paint filters&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Organize trial runs of new paint for customer sample runs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues with other operators, maintenance, and management</li>\n</ul>\n<p>OTHER DUTIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain working area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Carry out minor maintenance overhauls and parts changes, including designated preventative maintenance.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Track issues with downtime and/or equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Organize empties generated from Paint Room and dispose of properly.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist 55G Paint Stager with weekly inventory of paint and solvents, rotate inventory.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Fill-in or replace the Paint Stager as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Attend all required meetings and trainings.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as required or requested.</li>\n</ul>",
