          "text": "<p>We are seeking an Inplant Ink Supervisor to work at our customer's site.&#xa0;This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room.&#xa0;As an Inplant Ink Supervisor you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees</li><li>Acting as INX 5S Leader</li><li>Maintaining training program</li><li>Attending customer technical meetings</li><li>Scheduling&#xa0;vacations and coverage, including sick time</li><li>Maintaining KPI's</li><li>Helping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><em>To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent</li><li>Have 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency&#xa0;with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills</li><li>Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and&#xa0;math skills</li><li>Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test</li><li>Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><p><strong><em>In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Inplant and pressroom experience</li><li>Previous supervisory experience</li><li>Color matching skills</li><li>College degree</li><li>Previous experience within the Ink Industry</li></ul>",
