    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The EMT serves as a team member of the critical care transport team by utilizing their knowledge and skills to stabilize and move patients from one location to another.</p><p>1. Provide safe operations for all patients transported by a McLeod Critical Care Ambulance (both Heart Reach and Child Reach) as either driver or crew member.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Demonstrates competency and knowledge in ambulance operations, Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Just Culture.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Maintains positive communication (written and spoken) when collaborating with healthcare facilities. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>4. Adheres to all McLeod Health and SC EMS DHEC policies as outlined in 61-7.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>5. Completes accurate and timely documentation (written and electronic) per policy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>6. Demonstrates general knowledge of Incident Command Systems (ICS) and role in disaster responses.&nbsp;</p><p>7.
