The company services municipal contracts with some of the largest and fastest growing cities in the U.S. including New York City, Austin, San Antonio, and Phoenix.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Recycling Sorter is responsible for ensuring proper placement and sorting of materials on the conveyor line.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</em></p><ul><li>Stand at a station along a conveyor belt doing quality control on mixed recyclables.</li><li>Quickly identify non-conforming items for removal from a fixed station and safely remove them into designated chutes or bins.</li><li>General warehouse cleanup at the end of each shift.</li><li>Processing equipment cleanup at the end of each shift.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with the use of basic Personal Protective Equipment like a hard hat, reflective vest, steel toe boots, ear and eye protection, utility gloves, and arm preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in an industrial recycling facility preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties:</strong></p><p>All job requirements in this job description provided indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities deemed necessary to perform the job competently.
