This position partners closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary education teams to support, influence, and enhance the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care at the unit level.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is responsible for assessing learning needs and designing innovative, evidence-based education programs for nursing and surgical team members. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration, the Unit Based Educator drives professional development, strengthens clinical competencies, and contributes to improved patient outcomes and safety. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, pushing or pulling arm or leg controls or maintaining a production rate pace.  Light work requires physical exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work.</li>\n</ul>",
