Your expertise will be essential in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welding tasks using various techniques such as Arc, TIG, MIG, and/ or Flux Core welding. You will work with a variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and perform tasks ranging from metal fabrication to brazing, contributing to the successful completion of construction, manufacturing, or repair projects. The role demands a strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols, especially when operating equipment like overhead cranes. Ultimately, your work will directly impact the durability, functionality, and safety of the final products delivered to clients across diverse industries in the United States.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Proven experience as a welder with proficiency in either TIG, MIG, and or Flux Core welding techniques.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;
