With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good understanding and Knowledge of international codes like DMRB, AASHTO, and Euro codes along with various other International Codal Practices and Standards, Design Standards of Local County Councils</li>\n <li>Highway Design experience using Open Roads Designer and good expertise in 3D modelling for proposals and Detail design projects.</li>\n <li>Roadway Design for various stages of Design-Build Projects – Detailed design of Roadway corridor, Detailed drawings, construction support drawings, Design Reviews, Project Management, and Design Management.</li>\n <li>Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and/or less complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, timeframe and health and safety objectives.</li>\n <li>Responsible for end-to-end project design and delivery for Highway design-related tasks.</li>\n <li>Preparation / Finalization of various highway-related drawings at various stages of projects.</li>\n <li>Computation of quantities.</li>\n <li>Preparation of design reports.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand existing condition reports and surveys.</li>\n <li>Coaching and mentoring team members.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and design projects.</li>\n <li>Should have handled a minimum of 1 Design projects-overseas preferably for the UK/US/CAN/EU/ME/AUS in the Infrastructure Business.</li>\n <li>Software: Navisworks, Infraworks, Open Roads</li>\n <li>Excellent Soft Skills related to People Management (desirable)</li>\n <li>Strong mentoring Skills – Ability to build teams (desirable)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education - Graduation - B.Tech/B.E. – Civil or Post Graduation - MTech – Civil/Transportation. Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Design Consulting Environment</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of DMRB/AASHTO codes</li>\n <li>Software – Open Roads Designer.
