Overview
SPAR is seeking a strategic, results-driven Finance Manager with strong analytical and leadership skills to oversee financial operations and support key business initiatives. The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and driving financial performance across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insights, improve profitability, manage risk, and ensure sound financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
Monitor financial performance against KPIs and strategic goals, identifying risks and opportunities
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
Manage payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing
Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to drive cost control and profitability initiatives
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Build and maintain relationships with external partners including banks, auditors, and financial institutions
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Analyze industry trends and competitive performance to inform business strategies
Support executive leadership with board materials, presentations, and strategic initiatives
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to drive scalability and efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic business decisions
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
