The position is also responsible for identifying, developing, coordinating and facilitating staff training programs designed to enhance operational efficiencies and program outcomes.</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height:1.2;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-top:12pt;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>What You'll Do&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul><li>Develop and initiate standards, tools, processes and methods for evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of program operations and services.<span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li><li>Perform internal audits on WeCARE departments in areas of documentation, imaging, phone follow-up, record-keeping, and timeliness of services.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct surveys and focus groups of participant satisfaction within different elements of WeCARE services and share results with WeCARE leadership in order to develop plans for improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Design, execute and close preventive and corrective action plans resulting from internal and external audits.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify potential areas of vulnerability and risk and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.&nbsp;</li><li>Design, administer, analyze and report the results of staff and participant training needs assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Research, identify and recommend external trainers and training curriculum in response to identified staff and participant training needs.<span>&nbsp;</span></li><li>Collaborate with other departments to address quality assurance concerns.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-top:12pt;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>You're a great fit for this role if you have:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in public administration, health administration, nonprofit management, social services, vocational rehabilitation, business administration, or a related field is required.<span>&nbsp; </span>A Master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with public assistance recipients, the homeless, formally incarcerated people, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in quality assurance practices in New York City social service contracts.&nbsp;</li><li><span>&nbsp;</span>Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-top:12pt;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></span></p><p style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-top:12pt;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;\">$66,300-$67,000 annually</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-top:12pt;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></span></span></p>",
