    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Location: Hybrid- Pittsburgh, PA <strong>(candidates must be local to Pittsburgh, PA)</strong></p>\n<p>Job Type: Full Time/Permanent</p>\n<p>Work Authorization: No Sponsorship </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Project Manager for a full time opportunity. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Working with the IT leadership team, define program goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's strategic vision</li>\n <li>Establish and communicate program governance and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li>\n <li>Serve as primary project management resource for projects</li>\n <li>Work with (and as part of) project teams to ensure the successful execution of individual implementation projects</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to keep the program on track</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports</li>\n <li>Serve as a technical liaison between internal project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration</li>\n <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal and administrative departments, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for program objectives</li>\n <li>Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular meetings and reporting</li>\n <li>Serve as a change champion by embedding best practices across IT’s initiatives</li>\n <li>Coordinate stakeholder engagement, clearly and consistently communicating the vision and goals of the Changes</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Training team to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization</li>\n <li>Identify potential impacts of changes and develop mitigation strategies</li>\n <li>Monitor Change and training progress, measure effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed</li>\n <li>Support embedding change into End-user operations beyond initial implementation</li>\n <li>Work with IT leadership team to establish and maintain quality standards for IT implementations, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Ensure application of best practices and quality control processes throughout the program</li>\n <li>Where needed, serve as a working member of the project team and take responsibility for assigned project task execution, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time</li>\n <li>Work with the IT management team and project team members to develop and present the Business Case (project charter) for new projects due to commence</li>\n <li>Maintain project plans and other project documentation throughout the course of active projects</li>\n <li>Run weekly status update meetings for all active projects with the program to ensure that meeting agenda is followed and that quality status updates are supplied each week</li>\n <li>Ensure that necessary corrective actions are identified and followed through where needed</li>\n <li>Recommend and coordinate corrective actions to address threats to project scope, cost, resources, and/or schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or PMP, CAPM, or other project management certificate or equivalent experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience with Project Management</li>\n <li>5 years' experience with Change Management and Change Management Principles\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be able to show examples of how you have made change and make end-users adopt new technologies</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Familiarity with best practice frameworks such as ADKAR or others</li>\n <li>Prior experience in project management methodologies\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to analyze a problem/project and propose innovative solutions</li>\n   <li>Ability to take initiative while exercising discretion and independent judgement</li>\n   <li>Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines; effective project management skills</li>\n   <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate team efforts</li>\n   <li>Technically proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically: MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PROSCI, CCPM or related change management certification(s) preferred</li>\n <li>PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification(s) preferred</li>\n</ul>",
