We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll be challenged to do:</strong> </p>\n<p>As a Resident Engineer, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. If you’re an experienced professional seeking an opportunity to grow with a team that values expertise and innovation, we’d love to hear from you. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide overall leadership and management for construction projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain comprehensive construction project records. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee interactions with clients and inspection staff on contract change orders, item payments, and material testing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop monthly progress reports. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What you will bring to our firm:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional Engineering (PE) License in New Jersey or \n  <ul>\n   <li>Nicet IV</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Certifications such as TCC, NJSAT, and ACI are preferred. </li>\n <li>10-15 years of experience in construction management. </li>\n <li>Prior experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites. </li>\n <li>Experience with NJDOT and/or NJTA inspection procedures, specifications, and documentation requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>What we prefer you bring:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering</li>\n <li>Experience with airport projects </li>\n <li>Certifications such as Rutgers TCC, NJSAT, ACI (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3>\n<p>The salary range for this role is <strong>$155,000 - $220,000 </strong> per year.
