This role assists in maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests, high-value clients and repeat visitors by ensuring all guest information, bookings, preferences and requests are accurately managed and communicated.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position focuses on handling administrative tasks related to guest relations, including maintaining guest databases, coordinating reservations, preparing guest profiles, managing correspondence and supporting the planning of personalised experiences.
