Description
What You Will Deliver
To handle incoming calls and requirement from customer and driver Support day to day operation of billing and revenue management To be responsible for order taking and driver co-ordination Solve problems and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed Handle and respond to customer enquires Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department Who You Are
Diploma/Degree in related field with work experience will be an advantage but not essential Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service (preferred) Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce Strong problem-solving skill and results oriented Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS office, particularly in Word and Excel Proficient in Chinese and English typing Ability to work positively and confidently within a team or independently Self-starter, passionate to drive new things and independent in delivering business results are essential Candidates with prior. experience in the logistics industry will be considered as Senior Operations Executive What We Offer
