This role focuses on enabling analysts, data scientists, and decision-makers to interact with, explore, and understand complex analytical outputs related to future space architectures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will design and implement intuitive, high-performance interfaces that transform modeling and simulation results into clear, actionable insights. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop user interfaces and dashboards that support exploration of modeling, simulation, and trade study results </li>\n <li>Translate analytical outputs into intuitive visualizations, including charts, maps, timelines, and comparative views </li>\n <li>Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and backend developers to ensure data is accurately and effectively presented </li>\n <li>Build and maintain front-end components and frameworks that support scalable, reusable UI development </li>\n <li>Implement interactive features that enable users to filter, compare, and analyze scenarios and architectures </li>\n <li>Ensure performance and responsiveness when handling large or complex datasets </li>\n <li>Contribute to the design of user workflows, ensuring the interface aligns with how analysts and decision-makers operate </li>\n <li>Support integration with backend APIs and services </li>\n <li>Apply best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and maintainability </li>\n <li>Contribute to the potential development of a standalone analytical application, including modular UI architecture and component reuse </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field </li>\n <li>5–10 years of experience in front-end software development </li>\n <li>Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js </li>\n <li>Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS </li>\n <li>Experience building data-driven user interfaces and dashboards </li>\n <li>Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or similar </li>\n <li>Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with loosely defined requirements </li>\n <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting analytical platforms, modeling & simulation tools, or decision-support systems </li>\n <li>Familiarity with geospatial or time-series visualization (e.g., map-based interfaces, timeline analysis) </li>\n <li>Experience working with large or complex datasets in a front-end environment </li>\n <li>Exposure to space domain applications or defense-related systems </li>\n <li>Experience contributing to or building standalone web applications or products </li>\n <li>Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and state management frameworks </li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI clearance </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Security Clearance Requirements</p>\n<p>Candidate must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a CI Poly.
