Identifies and abstracts information from medical records (paper or electronic) .</span><span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>Works within GE Centricity and McKesson Paragon/One Content, including 3M Follows established query process to clarify documentation to support coding assignments. Maintains productivity and accuracy requirements as outlined .<span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>Can this Coder work remotely? not at first coder must train onsite, once training is complete Coder must work onsite every 4-6 weeks.<span></span></p><p><span></span></p>",
