font-size: 14pt\">Ensure CWL’s compliance as outlined in procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Train the team to meet project deliverables</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Executing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Direct and manage project work, maintaining scope and schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Collect data and provide status reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Apply subject matter expertise to analyst work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Land title document preparation, submission, and registration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Obtain and manage receipt of third-party consents as part of third-party programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Formatting reporting and line list to show a professional and consistent product</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Maintain Knowledge and Current Legislation</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; Additionally, travel may be necessary for seminars, training, or visits to alternate locations. This requirement may change based on business needs.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">We welcome candidates with a blend of relevant experience and/or education.
