At ADS, we foster a culture where diverse perspectives drive better ideas, ensuring every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide engineering-level support for the organization’s server and cloud infrastructure platforms. This role supports the implementation, administration, optimization, and ongoing operation of on‑premises and Microsoft Azure-based systems that underpin enterprise operations.</p>\n<p>The Systems Engineer partners with peer infrastructure teams and managed service providers to help keep infrastructure environments resilient, secure, and cost‑effective. This role contributes to infrastructure modernization efforts, integrations, and platform initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers and IT leadership.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Including but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and support infrastructure solutions within a hybrid Azure (IaaS/PaaS) environment</li>\n <li>Install, configure, and support Windows Server systems</li>\n <li>Manage Active Directory services, including OU structure, group policy, and PKI</li>\n <li>Maintain infrastructure standards to ensure resiliency, scalability, and security </li>\n <li>Create and maintain technical documentation including CMDB entries and knowledge base articles </li>\n <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve server and platform issues to restore or optimize service availability </li>\n <li>Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve and extend the enterprise environment</li>\n <li>Partner with managed service providers supporting data center, storage, and virtualization platforms</li>\n <li>Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues </li>\n <li>Monitor usage and assist with cost optimization activities (tagging, rightsizing, and reporting)</li>\n <li>Participate in infrastructure projects, modernization efforts, and lifecycle management activities </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience </li>\n <li>Three or more years of experience supporting Windows Server environments in an enterprise setting</li>\n <li>Two or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms</li>\n <li>Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services </li>\n <li>Proficient scripting experience using PowerShell (automation, reporting, and administration)</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives with competing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server/Hybrid Administrator) or similar experience </li>\n <li>Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and DHCP/DNS</li>\n <li>Experience operating and improving enterprise environments, including backups, monitoring, and availability features</li>\n <li>Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or equivalent hypervisors </li>\n <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT service management practices</li>\n <li>Experience supporting distributed enterprise or manufacturing environments</li>\n</ul>#LI-CH1#LI-Onsite \n<h2>Company Benefits:</h2>\n<p><strong>Health & Welfare Benefits:</strong> Medical and prescription drug plans, telemedicine (with medical plan), High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Health Savings Account (HSA), dental and vision plans, virtual physical therapy*, an employee assistance program (EAP)*, and voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnification programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Financial Benefits:</strong> Retirement 401k program with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (voluntary), financial wellness planning*, paid parental leave*, flexible spending accounts (FSA) for child care and health care, short-term and long-term disability*, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)*, adoption financial reimbursement*, tuition reimbursement*, voluntary life insurance (for employees, spouses, and children), and voluntary identity theft and fraud protection. </p>\n<p>*100% paid by ADS.</p>\n<h2>Why Join ADS?</h2>\n<p><strong>Growth Opportunities & Global Presence: </strong>With a global network of approximately 70 manufacturing plants and 40 distribution centers, ADS offers extensive opportunities for career growth and development in various locations around the world.</p>\n<p><strong>Inclusive and Creative Work Culture: </strong>ADS fosters a culture of passion, innovation, and continuous improvement, empowering employees to shape industry-leading solutions.
