    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities &amp; Duties</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Product QA and Development teams to design and script performance test scenarios based on the requirement specifications.</li>\n<li>Participate in regular team stand-ups, updates, weekly product platform and agile sessions when required.</li>\n<li>Involve in training platform Quality Engineers and junior Performance Engineers in Software Performance Testing. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.</li>\n<li>2+ years of industry experience in Software Performance Testing using JMeter/Gatling or any other standard performance testing.</li>\n<li>Solid practical understanding of Agile Software Quality Assurance.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Performance testing concepts and practical applicability of those concepts in Software development.</li>\n<li>Knowledge in performance scripting and load testing using JMeter.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, web technologies, APIs and microservices.</li>\n<li>Programming skills in JavaScript or Groovy would be an added advantage.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests with Jenkins would be an added advantage.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, and defect lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Familiarity in issue management tools such as JIRA and Devops.</li>\n<li>Able to collaboratively work with a team.</li>\n<li>Able to communicate technical and analytical content with relevant stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>ISTQB Performance Testing certification or equivalent would be an added advantage</li>\n<li>Desire to stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices in the domain of performance testing.</li>\n</ul>",
