This role focuses on supporting the child’s medical, physical, and emotional needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment.</span>\n<br><br>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide skilled nursing care in the home</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor vital signs and overall health status</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with feeding, mobility, positioning, and personal care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support respiratory care, G-tube care, suctioning, or seizure monitoring if applicable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate documentation and communication with family and healthcare providers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Encourage comfort, engagement, and developmental support</span></li>\n</ul>\n<br><br>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current RN or LVN/LPN license in good standing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pediatric experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with cerebral palsy, feeding tubes, tracheostomy, or seizure care is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CPR/BLS certification required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Compassionate, patient, and reliable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently in a family home environment</span></li>\n</ul>",
