These are the people we are looking to hire as a part of our team here at No. 1 Collision.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:</p>\n<p>Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Giving suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle.</li>\n<li>Estimating the cost and the time for the repair/upgrading of the vehicle.</li>\n<li>Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization.</li>\n<li>Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies.</li>\n<li>Negotiating with customers for prices.</li>\n<li>Following automobile industry safety norms and standards.</li>\n<li>Taking telephonic inquiries and queries of customers.</li>\n<li>Meeting all assigned targets and objectives.</li>\n<li>Making evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training process for new products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Below is also a list of skills/qualifications that would also be helpful for this position:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.</li>\n<li>Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.</li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate with clients.</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree or diploma in technical or automotive engineering or any other related field of study from an accredited institution.</li>\n<li>3+ years' experience as an auto body shop estimator</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>No. 1 Collision Group and Mercedes–Benz Collision Richmond will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and the commitment they make to the growth of this organization.
